Shipping Information

Expected Delivery Time:
After placing an order you will be required to make 50% of the checkout amount through Bank Transfer to our mentioned Bank Account. We would require you to share the Bank Transfer Receipt through WhatsApp for confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed, we would require 3-4 weeks to finish the order.
All orders are verified through telephone or WhatsApp calls before confirmation and dispatch. In case of repeat customers, clearance sale and other promotions, orders may be processed without telephonic verification.

Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 3 – 4 working weeks. The order delivery may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and high volume seasons. The processing time of order is not included in the mentioned time frame and this processing time may vary accordingly.

Delivery Charges:
We are offering Free Shipping throughout Pakistan.

Payment Method:
To confirm your order please transfer 50% of the checkout amount through Bank Transfer to our mentioned Bank Account. The remaining 50% will be required before the outfit is shipped.

Returns & Exchange:
There is no return or exchange facility for local or international orders. In case of a wrong or defective order you can get in touch with us and will try and facilitate you to rectify the problem.
